Do you need qualifications to be a carer?

We will only accept applications from carers that have undertaken recent mandatory training. Please get in touch with us to find out exactly which training courses we require to have been completed.

What are the benefits of being a carer?

Caring is often considered to be a very rewarding role. Carers have the time to build relationships with their client, they have a regular income, the opportunity to work in different settings and the ability to gain experience of a variety of medical conditions.

What are your main duties and responsibilities as a carer?

Carers can assist with many things, they are generally responsible for light domestic chores, cooking, running errands and doing laundry. Usually, they are also responsible for assisting clients with bathing, showering, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. They can also assist with taking medication and incontinence care.
